Rental Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the rental of vehicles from Beachcars Balearic, S.L. (hereafter “Beachcars Balearic”, “the Company”, or “we”) to the customer (“you”). By booking or renting a vintage car from Beachcars Balearic in Mallorca, Spain, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully for a clear understanding of both your and our obligations.

1. Rental Requirements
    •    Driver’s Age: You must be at least 25 years old to rent a vehicle from Beachcars Balearic. All drivers of the vehicle must meet this minimum age requirement.
    •    Driver’s License: You must hold a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 2 years . Your license must be valid for the entire rental period.
    •    International Licenses: International and foreign driver’s licenses are accepted, provided they are valid and unexpired. (If your license is not issued by an EU member state, it is recommended to also carry an International Driving Permit for translation purposes, though the permit itself is not a standalone license.)
    •    Authorized Drivers: Only you and any additional drivers named in the rental agreement are permitted to drive the vehicle. All additional drivers must also meet the age and license requirements above. It is your responsibility to ensure that no unauthorized persons drive the car. Violation of this provision may void insurance coverage and constitute a breach of these terms.
    •    Identification: At the time of vehicle pickup or delivery, you and any additional drivers must present your driver’s license and a government-issued photo ID (such as a passport or national ID card) for identity verification. Beachcars Balearic reserves the right to refuse rental if valid identification and license are not provided.

2. Payment & Deposit
    •    Payment Methods: We accept payment for the rental charges and deposit via major credit cards and bank transfers. Payments must be made in Euros (€). Credit card payments are processed securely, and bank transfers must be completed before the start of the rental period (allow sufficient time for the transfer to clear). We do not accept cash or check payments for rentals.
    •    Rental Fees: The rental fee for the vehicle (see Pricing & Discounts section below for rates) must be paid as agreed during booking (either in full upfront or as otherwise specified by Beachcars Balearic). If an early bird advance booking discount is applied, full payment may be required 3 months in advance to qualify for the discount.
    •    Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of €200 is required for every rental, without exception. This deposit is a security against potential damages, missing fuel, late returns, traffic fines, or other additional charges that may arise during your rental. The deposit can be held as a credit card pre-authorization or paid via bank transfer prior to the rental.
    •    Deposit Refund: The €200 security deposit will be refunded in full after the vehicle is returned, provided that: (a) the car is returned in the same condition as rented (no new damage or excessive dirt), (b) the car is returned with a full tank of fuel as per the fuel policy, and (c) no other fees (such as unpaid traffic fines, extra services, or late return fees) are applicable. Refunds to credit cards typically clear within a few business days; bank transfer refunds may take longer depending on your bank.
    •    Deductions: If there are any charges to be offset, Beachcars Balearic is entitled to deduct the corresponding amount from the deposit. For example, if the car is returned without a full tank or with damage, the respective charges (see relevant sections below) will be deducted from the deposit, and the remainder (if any) will be returned to you, along with an itemized invoice/receipt explaining the deductions.
    •    Pricing Currency: All prices, charges, and monetary amounts stated in this document (and on our website or communications) are in Euro (€) and include any applicable local taxes unless stated otherwise. Beachcars Balearic is a registered business in Spain, and our transactions comply with Spanish tax law.

3. Fuel & Insurance
    •    Fuel Policy (Full-to-Full): All rental vehicles are provided to you with a full tank of fuel at the start of the rental. You are required to return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel as well. This is known as a “full-to-full” fuel policy, a standard practice in car rentals . If the vehicle is not returned with a full tank, you will be charged for the missing fuel at a rate of €3 per liter (this rate includes the cost of fuel and a refueling service fee). We strongly recommend you refill the tank just before returning the car to avoid these charges. Please also ensure you use the correct fuel type for the vehicle; any damages or costs resulting from misfueling (putting the wrong type of fuel in the car) will be charged to you, as such damage is not covered by insurance.
    •    Included Insurance Coverage: Every rental from Beachcars Balearic includes full insurance (comprehensive vehicle insurance) in the rental price . This means you are covered by our policy for:
    •    Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) – covering damage to the rental vehicle in case of an accident.
    •    Theft Protection – covering theft of the vehicle.
    •    Third-Party Liability – covering damage or injury you might cause to other people or property with the vehicle.
In practice, “full insurance” is intended to minimize your financial liability for incidents; no extra daily insurance charges are required. Importantly, there is typically no insurance excess (deductible) charged to you in the event of a covered incident (i.e. the insurance covers the full cost of repair/replacement, except in cases outlined under “Exclusions” below).
    •    Insurance Exclusions: The included insurance coverage is subject to you complying with all rental terms and using the vehicle in a normal, prudent manner. Insurance will NOT cover damage or loss in certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
    •    Damage caused by gross negligence or illegal driving behavior (for example, damage caused while driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or reckless driving) . Any incident occurring while you are breaking the law (such as DUI) or this agreement will void the insurance coverage, and you will be liable for all resulting costs.
    •    Damage caused by using the vehicle in prohibited ways or areas, such as driving off-road or on poorly maintained roads where ordinary cars are not intended to be driven . Our vintage cars are to be driven on regular paved roads only; any off-road use or use on restricted areas (beaches, private property without permission, etc.) is not permitted and is not insured.
    •    Misfuelling (putting the wrong type of fuel in the car) or any consequent engine damage . Always double-check the required fuel type (petrol or diesel) before refueling.
    •    Intentional damage, gross misuse, or vandalism by the renter or authorized drivers. This includes damage due to smoking in the vehicle (note: all our cars are non-smoking), burning out the clutch, or other misuse.
    •    Theft of personal belongings: The insurance covers the vehicle itself against theft, but it does not cover any personal items of the renter or passengers that may be stolen from the vehicle. Do not leave valuables in the car, as we cannot be responsible for their loss.
    •    Unauthorized Drivers: If someone not listed in the rental agreement (or otherwise approved by us) drives the car and causes an incident, insurance will be void. The renter will be fully liable for any damages in such cases.
If any of the above exclusions apply, you will be responsible for the full cost of repair, replacement, or related fees. Beachcars Balearic will provide an itemized bill and, if applicable, will charge the credit card on file or deduct from your deposit for those costs. We will also cooperate with your personal insurance, if any, but as the renter you remain primarily liable when our insurance is voided by a terms violation.
    •    Roadside Assistance: All rentals include basic roadside assistance for mechanical faults (engine issues, etc.) or breakdowns not caused by the renter. If you require roadside assistance due to a non-fault mechanical issue, contact us immediately for help. However, if assistance is needed because of user error or misuse (e.g., keys locked in car, a flat battery due to lights left on, running out of fuel, etc.), a call-out fee may apply. Details of any such fees will be provided in your rental agreement or are available upon request.
    •    Accidents and Damage Reporting: In the event of an accident, theft, or any damage to the vehicle, you must inform Beachcars Balearic immediately (via our emergency contact number provided in your rental documents or via WhatsApp/email). You should also notify the local police if required by law (for example, for theft, or accidents involving other parties). You are required to complete an accident report form (which we provide with the car documents) and obtain any third-party details or police reports necessary. Prompt reporting of incidents is crucial. Failure to report an accident or damage in a timely manner may result in the insurance coverage being invalidated. We will guide you through the claims process as needed. An accident report must be duly filled out and signed for insurance claims; if you fail to provide the necessary report or information, you could be held liable for the full cost of damages.
    •    Use for Photo Shoots: Our vintage cars are popular for photography, film, and special events. If you wish to rent a car specifically for a photo shoot or filming purposes, this is possible as an extra service outside of the standard daily rental. We offer special hourly rental arrangements for photo shoots (see Delivery & Additional Services section for the hourly rate). You must inform us in advance if the vehicle will be used in a commercial photo shoot or similar, as special terms may apply. All standard rules (age, license, insurance exclusions, etc.) apply during such rentals. Beachcars Balearic reserves the right to provide a staff member to accompany the vehicle during photo shoot rentals, especially for short-term hourly usage, to ensure the vehicle’s safety and assist with any issues.

4. Pricing & Discounts

All prices are in Euro (€). The rental rates for our vintage cars are based on the duration of your rental and are as follows:
    •    Standard Daily Rate (1–3 days): €240 per day is the base rate for rentals of one to three days.
    •    4–7 Days: €230 per day. For rentals lasting three to four days, the rate is reduced to €230 per day.
    •    8+ Days : €220 per day. Rentals for eight or more days receive our lowest standard rate of €220 per day.

These rates include standard insurance (as described in the Fuel & Insurance section) and standard mileage usage. Taxes are included in the prices. There are no hidden fees; however, optional services or extras (such as delivery, additional driver fees, etc., detailed in the next section) are not included in these base rates and will be added to the total if selected.
    •    Early Bird Discount: We offer a 10% discount on the rental rate if you book at least 3 months (90 days) in advance. This “early bird” discount applies to the base rental price for the vehicle (optional extras are not discounted). To qualify, your reservation must be confirmed and paid at least 90 days prior to the rental start date. The discount will be applied to your quote or invoice at the time of booking. If you make changes to the booking dates that result in it no longer meeting the 3-month advance criteria, the discount will be removed.
    •    Longer-Term Rentals: For rentals longer than 14 days, please contact us for a custom quote. We may offer special rates or discounts for extended rentals, subject to availability and approval.
    •    Promotions & Coupons: Any seasonal promotions or coupon codes must be applied at the time of booking. Only one promotion or discount can be used per rental (they cannot be combined, unless explicitly stated). Early bird discounts and long-term rates are applied automatically if conditions are met.
    •    Price Guarantee: Once your booking is confirmed, your rental rate is locked in. We will not raise the rate even if our prices change seasonally. (Likewise, we do not adjust rates downward after booking if you have confirmed and paid.) However, if you modify your reservation (change dates, shorten/extend the rental period, etc.), the pricing may be recalculated based on the new details. We will inform you of any price change before confirming modifications.

All pricing is transparent. If you have any questions about what your rental will cost, please ask us before confirming the booking. We will provide a breakdown of charges in your rental agreement and the final invoice.

5. Delivery & Additional Services

Beachcars Balearic provides several optional services for your convenience. These services may be added to your rental upon request:
    •    Vehicle Delivery & Pick-Up Service: We can deliver the rental car to you and/or pick it up from you after the rental, anywhere within Mallorca (for example, Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI), your hotel, or your villa). The fee for this service is €60 (flat rate) for a delivery or a collection, or €120 for both delivery and pick-up if you want the car brought to you at the start and collected at the end. This service must be arranged in advance (at the time of booking or with sufficient notice before the rental start). We will coordinate a time and place for the handover. You (or an authorized person) must be present to sign the rental contract and receive/return the vehicle. The car’s condition and fuel level will be documented at handover and upon return. Delivery and pick-up times should be punctual; significant delays caused by the renter may incur waiting charges (if any, these will be stated upfront in the booking).
    •    Additional Driver: If you wish to have more than one person drive the rental car, you may add an additional driver to the contract for a fee of €20 per day (per additional driver). Each additional driver must be announced to Beachcars Balearic before they drive the vehicle, and they must meet the same rental requirements (age 25+, 2 years of license, etc.). They will need to present their driver’s license and ID for verification, just like the primary renter. Once added, the additional driver will be covered by the insurance (subject to the same terms and exclusions) and is authorized to drive the vehicle. No one other than you and the declared additional drivers may drive the car . The additional driver fee is capped at €100 for any single rental (if your rental is long, we won’t charge more than 5 days’ worth for one additional driver, even if you rent for longer; similarly, if you have two additional drivers, the cap would apply per driver). This fee contributes to insurance and administrative costs of covering multiple drivers.
    •    Child Seats/GPS: (If applicable) We can provide child safety seats or boosters and GPS navigation units as extra options. Please inquire for availability and pricing if you need any of these extras. All child seats provided will conform to EU safety standards. It is the renter’s responsibility to install the child seat properly; our staff can assist, but ultimate responsibility lies with you to ensure it is securely fitted.
    •    Photo Shoot Rental Service: As mentioned earlier, our vintage vehicles can be booked for photo shoots, filming, weddings, or other special events on an hourly basis. The rate for photo shoot rentals is €80 per hour (with a minimum rental duration of 2 hours for this service). This rate includes comprehensive insurance and a generous mileage allowance for driving to and from the shoot location (or we can transport the vehicle to the location on a trailer, depending on arrangements). Because these are special-use rentals, we might require a company representative to be present, especially if the car will be stationary for display or used in ways other than normal driving. Photo shoot rentals are subject to availability and may be restricted during peak tourist season. Important: The car must be treated with the same care during photo shoot use as any rental. No props or decorations may be attached that could damage the vehicle, and any use of the car in a film or advertisement must not involve dangerous maneuvers unless explicitly agreed and supervised. The standard security deposit and all usage terms still apply to hourly photo shoot rentals.
    •    Airport Meet & Greet: If you opt for airport delivery, our staff will meet you at a designated meeting point (typically in the arrivals hall or a specified parking area) at Palma de Mallorca Airport. They will be holding a sign or will coordinate via WhatsApp to find you. The handover process will take about 15-20 minutes (including vehicle inspection and signing the contract). Please provide your flight number in advance so we can adjust to any changes in arrival time. The €60 airport delivery fee covers this personalized service and parking fees. If your flight is delayed significantly beyond the agreed meeting time, please notify us as soon as possible; additional waiting charges may apply if the delay is extensive and without notice.
    •    Out-of-Hours Service: Our standard handover hours are 8:00 to 20:00. If you need to pick up or return a car outside these hours, we will try to accommodate, but an extra charge may apply (to cover staff overtime). We will inform you of any such charge at booking.
    •    One-Way Rentals: As a local Mallorca-based company, generally rentals must end where they began (the vehicle must be returned to us on the island of Mallorca). We do not allow one-way rentals off the island. If you require the car to be picked up at a different location on Mallorca than where it was delivered, this can be arranged as part of the delivery/pick-up service (it is not truly one-way in that case, just differing pick-up/drop-off points on the island, usually still the €60 each way fee).
    •    Fuel Service (Prepaid Fuel): (If applicable) Normally, we operate a full-to-full policy (see Fuel Policy). We do not offer a prepaid fuel option by default, since full-to-full is simplest and most cost-effective for you. You only pay for the fuel you use. If, however, you anticipate difficulty refueling before return (for instance, an extremely early return flight), discuss with us – we might allow you to return the car not full and simply charge the refueling fee as described, rather than requiring you to find an open gas station at odd hours.

All optional services should be requested in advance to ensure availability and proper arrangements. Fees for any added services will be clearly listed in your reservation confirmation and rental agreement. By opting for any of these services, you agree to the associated terms and charges.

6. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any rental agreement signed with Beachcars Balearic, S.L. are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain. Both you and the Company agree that in the event of any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to the car rental, the courts of Palma de Mallorca, Spain shall have exclusive jurisdiction . By entering into this agreement, both parties explicitly waive any other jurisdiction that could potentially apply, and submit to the jurisdiction of Palma de Mallorca’s courts for the resolution of disputes.

This jurisdiction clause applies regardless of your country of residence or where the booking is made. It does not limit any rights you may have under consumer protection laws that are mandatorily applicable. If you are a consumer renting as an individual (not for business use), you may also have rights to bring an action in your home jurisdiction under certain conditions, but the governing law will remain Spanish. Beachcars Balearic does not agree to any other jurisdiction’s laws or courts, except as required by such consumer protection laws.

7. Communication and Contact

Beachcars Balearic primarily uses electronic communication for all aspects of the rental process, including inquiries, bookings, confirmations, and support:
    •    Booking & Inquiries: You can contact Beachcars Balearic via WhatsApp or email to inquire about availability, ask questions, and make reservations. We conduct a lot of our customer service through WhatsApp chats and email correspondence for your convenience. Our official WhatsApp number and email address are provided on our website and promotional materials . By contacting us, you consent to receive communications in return via these channels. We strive to respond promptly (typically within a few hours during business hours).
    •    Official Communication: For the purposes of your rental contract, communications sent via WhatsApp or email are considered written notice. This means that confirmations, agreements, or any important instructions we send you in WhatsApp or email carry the same weight as printed documents. Please ensure that you provide us with a correct mobile number and email address, and notify us of any changes. During the rental period, you should be reachable at the contact information you provided.
    •    Confirmation of Booking: When you book a car, we will send a written confirmation detailing your reservation (dates, vehicle, price, services, etc.) via email (and/or WhatsApp if email is not available). Please review this confirmation carefully and inform us immediately if anything is incorrect. This confirmation is effectively the acceptance of your booking and forms part of the rental agreement. You may be required to sign a physical rental contract upon vehicle handover, but the terms in that contract will mirror those in this Terms & Conditions document.
    •    During Rental Assistance: If you have any questions, issues, or need to extend the rental during your trip, you can reach out to us on WhatsApp or email. We provide an emergency phone number for breakdowns or accidents (available 24/7) – that number will be given to you when your rental starts. For non-urgent matters (like extending the rental, or general questions), our regular WhatsApp and email support hours are 8:00–20:00 daily.
    •    Post-Rental Communication: After the rental is completed and the vehicle returned, we may follow up with you via email or WhatsApp regarding the return confirmation, deposit refund status, or any issues that need addressing (for example, if a traffic fine arrives for the rental period). We may also invite you to provide feedback or reviews. We will not spam you; communications will be relevant to your booking or follow-up service.
    •    Privacy of Communication: We treat all direct communications with you as private. Your WhatsApp messages or emails and personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy (see Additional Terms below). We will not share your contact details with third parties for marketing. WhatsApp communications are subject to WhatsApp’s privacy practices as well, so be mindful of what personal information you share in chat.
    •    Language: We offer our Terms & Conditions and communication in English (and possibly other languages on request). If you communicate with us in another language, we will do our best to accommodate, but official terms and binding communications will generally be in English (or Spanish, since we operate in Spain). If there is any translation of these terms provided, the English version will prevail in case of conflict or confusion.

By using WhatsApp or email to communicate with us, you acknowledge that these are electronic channels and agree to their use for contractual communication. It is your responsibility to check your messages and email regularly leading up to your rental date and during the rental, to ensure you do not miss important information (such as changes to pick-up arrangements, etc.).

8. Additional Terms & Miscellaneous
    •    Privacy Policy: These Terms & Conditions do not include a privacy or data protection policy. Beachcars Balearic, S.L. maintains a separate Privacy Policy on our website, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with applicable laws. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal information. By renting with us, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in that policy. (Note: We do not use cookies in the context of rental agreements; any cookies on our website are governed by the website’s cookie notice. No cookie policy is included in this document by request.)
    •    Vehicle Condition: Our vehicles are provided clean and in sound mechanical condition. You are expected to return the car in essentially the same condition (normal wear and dirt from reasonable use is accepted). We ask that you treat the vintage car with care. No smoking is allowed in any of our vehicles, and no pets unless specifically authorized. If a vehicle is returned excessively dirty, with stains, odor, or with evidence of smoking, a cleaning fee may be charged. We will inform you of any such charges with evidence (e.g., photos of damage or dirt) and deduct it from the deposit if applicable.
    •    Maintenance and Repairs: You should not attempt to perform any major repair or modification on the vehicle yourself. If you encounter any mechanical issues, inform us immediately. Minor issues (like a flat tire) – you may change to the spare if you know how and it’s safe to do so, but please also inform us so we can arrange proper repair/replacement of the tire. Any repair costs you want to claim reimbursement for must be approved by us in writing beforehand. Unauthorized repairs or modifications (including changing the appearance of the car such as adding decals) are prohibited. You will be liable for restoring the car to its original condition and any associated costs if unauthorized changes are made .
    •    Traffic Violations and Tolls: You are responsible for any traffic fines, parking tickets, speeding tickets, or other violations of law (e.g., traffic or parking regulations) incurred during your rental period. This includes any resulting fines or penalties that arrive after the rental. If we (as the vehicle owner) receive notice of a fine incurred during your rental, we will either pay it on your behalf and charge you the amount plus an administrative fee (which will not exceed €50), or where possible, transfer the liability to you with the authorities (identifying you as the driver) . Any toll charges (though Mallorca currently has few toll roads) or entry fees (e.g., congestion charges, if any) are also your responsibility unless otherwise stated. By accepting these terms, you consent to us providing your details to authorities for the purpose of transferring fines, if necessary.
    •    Breakdowns and Accidents: As mentioned under Fuel & Insurance, if the car breaks down due to mechanical failure (not caused by you), we will provide assistance or a replacement vehicle as soon as possible, at no extra cost. If the breakdown is due to your negligence (e.g., engine damage because of low oil level ignored, or lost keys), we will still assist, but you may be charged for the damage or service. For accidents, see the accident reporting rules above. We provide an emergency contact number which is available 24/7 for serious incidents. Minor issues can be reported during normal hours.
    •    Cancellation and Refunds: If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible. Our standard cancellation policy is as follows – cancellations made more than 14 days before the rental start date will receive a full refund of any amount paid (including deposit or prepayments). Cancellations made 7–14 days before the rental start date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 7 days before the start (or no-shows) may forfeit the rental fee (no refund), though the €200 security deposit (if already paid) will be refunded. We do not impose a cancellation fee beyond any forfeiture of the booking payment as described. Early bird bookings (made 3+ months in advance) that are canceled will be refunded minus a 10% fee if within 14 days of booking date (to cover administrative costs), or according to the schedule above if later. These policies may be waived or adjusted in extenuating circumstances at our discretion (for example, flight cancellations, sudden illness – we aim to be reasonable and fair). Any refunds due will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation confirmation.
    •    Changes to Reservation: If you wish to modify your booking (dates or vehicle, etc.), we will accommodate if possible. Date changes may affect your rate (shortening a rental might remove a long-term discount; extending might give you a better daily rate for crossing a price bracket). We will inform you of any price differences. There is no fee for modifying a reservation, but all changes are subject to availability. If a change is not possible and you decide to cancel instead, the cancellation policy above applies.
    •    Early Returns / Unused Days: If you return the car earlier than the agreed rental period, we do not automatically refund unused days, since pricing and availability may have been secured for the full term. However, if you anticipate an early return, please discuss with us – depending on circumstances, we may offer a partial refund as a goodwill gesture or a credit toward a future rental, but this is at our discretion. No refunds are given for early return if it’s without prior notice (for instance, deciding on the day to return a car 2 days early).
    •    Late Returns: If you keep the vehicle beyond the agreed return time without authorization, this constitutes a breach of contract. We allow a 30-minute grace period for returns – beyond that, late return fees may apply. Typically, an extra day’s rental charge will apply for each 24-hour period or portion thereof that the car is late, plus any inconvenience costs if the delay affects another reservation. It is crucial to communicate with us if you need an extension; often we can agree on an extension (with additional charges) if the car is available. Unapproved late returns, especially if we cannot contact you, may be treated as unauthorized use and could result in us involving local authorities to recover the vehicle.
    •    Termination of Rental: We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retake the vehicle (without refund) if we discover that you are in serious breach of these terms. This includes, for example, if we find you have permitted an unauthorized driver, engaged in reckless driving that endangers the vehicle or others, or if the car is being used for any illegal purpose. In such an event, you will be notified that the contract is terminated and given instructions to return the car immediately (or we may retrieve it). You will remain liable for any damage or costs up to that point.
    •    Liability: Beachcars Balearic, S.L. is not liable for any indirect costs or losses you might incur in connection with the rental (such as missed flights, accommodation, or any other consequential loss). Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the rental, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part. This does not exclude any statutory liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence, nor any other liability which cannot be excluded under law. We ensure our vehicles are maintained and roadworthy, but we cannot be held responsible for unforeseeable defects or failures. In any case, we will do our utmost to mitigate any inconvenience (like providing replacement vehicles or compensation as appropriate under the circumstances).
    •    Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold Beachcars Balearic harmless from all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these terms, or from the use of the vehicle during your rental (for example, claims from third parties for accidents you caused). This indemnity applies except to the extent that any claims or losses arise from our own negligence or breach of contract.

The remainder of the Terms & Conditions will continue in full force and effect.
    •    Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the rental agreement and any agreed written addendums or supplemental terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Beachcars Balearic, S.L. regarding the vehicle rental. It supersedes all prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter. No amendment or modification of this agreement shall be binding unless in writing and agreed by both you and an authorized representative of Beachcars Balearic.
    •    No Waiver: If we do not enforce a provision of these terms at any time, it does not mean we waive the right to enforce it later. Any waiver of any term must be explicit and in writing. The waiver of one breach of these terms will not be a waiver of any subsequent breach.
    •    Changes to Terms: The terms in effect at the time of your rental booking will govern that rental. Beachcars Balearic, S.L. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions for future rentals. Updated terms will be posted on our website or made available upon request. They will not affect an existing reservation unless you explicitly agree to adopt the new terms. We encourage customers to review the terms periodically for any changes (especially if you are a returning customer making a new booking in a new season).
